Pixel Series: Only Pixel 2 devices with Google Fi service work with eSIM. The Pixel 3 bought in Australia, Taiwan, and Japan is not eSIM compatible. Pixel 3 devices purchased with service from any US or Canada carrier except for Sprint and Google Fi don't work with eSIM. The Pixel 3a bought in South East Asia and with Verizon service is also not eSIM compatible.

Samsung Series: The Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G originating from the US, and the Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 originating from the USA and Hong Kong are not eSIM compatible. Some of the Samsung Galaxy series originating from South Korea are not compatible. Only Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, Flip 4, Flip 5, Fold 4, Fold 5 are compatible.
