Can’t make a payment

If you see a notification like this, please follow the instruction below.

First, when the payment is declined with your current credit or debit card, please try to use another credit card for the payment.

Please make sure that if you are making the payment with a debit card, the debit card should be under Canadian bank. We are not able to charge the payment with another country's debit card. (we suggest you try it, but we cannot guarantee the transaction will be completed)
