How to activate your SIM card (gophonebox website)

How to activate when you DON’T have your SIM Card yet.

Scan the QR Code and select the plan you would like to use and click <Physical SIM> ( This is an example)

Personal information

Complete with your personal information.
Port In -If you have a US number and want to keep using the number. -If you don’t have a US number or want to have a new number.
Shipping - Please provide the correct shipping address where you would like to receive your SIM Card. - Select between Regular Shipping or Express Shipping Choose the activation date you would like to start your services
Select your activation date, which is the day you’d like your service to start.

Check your plan details and click the check box that you’ve read and understand the terms.

Check your plan details, select the payment method and click the check box that you’ve read and understand the terms.
Click <Confirm and Pay>

If you choose Credit Card to pay, please put your card number, name on the card, expiration date, and CVV correctly.

Click < Save Auto- Payment>

You have now completed the registration for your new PhoneBox services!

You will receive 2 emails after your registration.

First email - Welcome/Confirmation email.
Second email - Day of your activation date.
*Press the QR code and click allow to activate your eSIM.

Enjoy your new PhoneBox service!

How to activate when you already have your SIM Card.

Scan the QR Code and click in activation (This is an example)

Select that you already have a SIM card

Click <I already have a SIM card>
Enter your SIM Card number (the 19- digits number on the back left)

Click USA & enter you SIM Card Number ( The 19-digits number on the back left)

Choose the activation date you would like to start your services.
Port In -If you have a US number and want to keep using the number. -If you don’t have a US number or want to have a new number.

Check your plan details and click the check box that you’ve read and understand the terms.

Check your plan details, select the payment method and click the check box that you’ve read and understand the terms.
Click <Confirm and Pay>
