What Is a Port-Out?
Porting a number is the process of transferring your existing phone number from one service provider to another.
To port your number out to a new provider, you will need your account number and PIN.
After the port-out process,please make sure to remove your payment method from your account.
How to Find Your Account Number and PIN :

Select Profile

Your account number will be displayed next to your phone number
3.
Click the “?” icon on the right side to view your 4-digit PIN

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
