You cannot use the same QR code to access our services once you've deleted the eSIM from your device.
Similarly, once it's registered to a device, you cannot register it to another device.
If you've removed your eSIM or wish to obtain a new eSIM for a different device, please contact our Customer Service.
A fee of $10 + tax will be charged to your account.
