Service Period
From the 2nd of each month to the 1st of the following month
Invoice Issue Date
15th of every month (prepaid)
Payment Covers
Monthly fee for the period: 2nd of the following month to the 1st of the month after that
Payment Period
From the 15th to the 25th (includes adjustments like data overages or plan changes from the previous month)
Auto Withdrawal Date
If auto-payment is set up, it will be withdrawn on the 16th. If it fails, a retry will occur on the 19th.
EXAMPLE
1-month cycle: July 2 – August 1
Invoice is issued in advance.
Example: Invoice issued on July 15 covers August 2 - September 1.
Please make the payment between the 15th and 25th
Payments made after the 25th will incur a 5% late fee applied to the following month’s bill.
If the payment is made within 9 days after the 2nd, and you wish to resume service, a $20 (plus tax) reconnection fee will be added to the next invoice.
If more that 9 days without payment, the contract will be considered abandoned and automatically terminated. The phone number will also be deactivated.
Data overage is calculated at the end of each service period and reflected in the next invoice.

Please pay at least 5 days before the service end date if you wish to extend
EXAMPLE
If the service starts on July 5, it will end on August 3( 30 days)
A text reminder will be sent 10 days before the end.
You can extend by paying before the end date.
If auto-renewal is set, the payment will be automatically withdrawn at the start of the next cycle.
If no extension is made, the service ends immediately after the plan period, and the phone number will be deactivated.
Deactivated phone number cannot be recovered.
