About Vacation Plan
(Available only for monthly plans. Not available for prepaid plans.)
The application deadline for the Vacation Plan is the 28th of each month.
If you are temporarily returning to your home country (e.g., Japan) and plan to come back to Canada, we offer a pause option instead of canceling your plan.
This pause option is called the Vacation Plan, which allows you to keep your account and phone number active for free for up to 3 months without any monthly fees.
The duration must align with our billing cycle: from the 2nd of one month to the 1st of a future month. Specific dates cannot be selected. But you can choose the month.
If you'd like to pause your plan instead of canceling, please apply through your online account on our website or app, or contact Customer Care with the following:

Desired start month (must begin on the 2nd of the month)
•
Desired end month (must end on the 1st of the month)
※ Depending on when you submit your request, the plan may not start from the next month but rather the month after. Thank you for your understanding.
※ After ending a Vacation Plan, you cannot set it up again for 6 months.
Go to you account and click Vacation hold

Click Set Up vacation plan
•
Select the start month and the end month. And click < Request Vacation Hold>
