Monthly plans
※ For monthly plans, any price difference due to a plan change will be reflected in the next month’s invoice.
Example
Current Plan: Monthly 100GB – $40
Requested Change: Switch to 75GB – $35
Nov 15: Invoice issued for $40
Nov 19: $40 payment processed
Nov 24: Plan change requested to 75GB/$35, effective Dec 2
Dec 2: New 75GB/$35 plan takes effect
Dec 15: Invoice issued for next cycle:
$35 (new monthly plan) + $10 (prorated adjustment for switching plans mid-cycle)
Total: $45 + tax
From Jan 15 onward: Monthly invoice will be $35 + tax
※ Plan changes for the following month must be requested by the 28th of each month.
STEPS FOR MONTHLY AND PREPAID PLANS

Navigate to the PhoneBox website or launch the App
2.
Sign in to your account
3.
Locate and select the Plan menu
*Depending on your plan, you will be able to switch to another monthly plan or a prepaid plan.
