Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Activation

A full refund is available for both Prepaid Plans and Monthly Plans if canceled before activation.
Please contact our team directly to request cancellation before activation.

■ Monthly Plan Cancellation Within 7 Days of Activation

A partial refund will be issued after deducting charges for the number of days used.

■ Monthly Plan Cancellation After 8 Days But Less Than One Month

Only the prorated amount paid at the time of application will be refunded.

Important Notes

Prepaid Plans are non-refundable after activation.
SIM card fees are non-refundable.

Plan Cancellation

For Monthly Plan cancellations, you can submit your request via the PhoneBox website or app.
If canceled mid-month, both the monthly fee and data allowance will be calculated on a prorated basis.
For cancellations made in less than 30 days from activation, this may not apply. Please note in advance.
If a refund applies for the unused portion after the cancellation date, it will be issued to the credit card used for your most recent payment.
(We are unable to issue refunds to other methods or accounts.)

Refund Calculation Details

If you're using a Monthly Plan, you can pre-schedule your cancellation date.
When you do, your data allowance will be automatically adjusted based on the cancellation date.
Example:
Plan: 75GB for $35
Cancellation Date: October 29
October = 31 days
Calculation:
75GB ÷ 31 days = 0.23GB/day
0.23GB × 27 days (Oct 2–28) = 6.21GB
You can use up to 6.21GB between October 2 and October 29.
You can check this data limit in your online account or app.
If you exceed your prorated data before your cancellation date, an additional charge of $15 + tax per 1GB will apply.
