Data Tracking & Overage Charges

Monthly Plans

You can check your data usage via your online account on our website or app, or by sending an SMS with "md" or "mydata".
For monthly plans, if you exceed your data limit, an additional 1GB will automatically be added at a rate of $15/GB. These overage charges will be reflected in your next month’s invoice.
Data overages are calculated at the end of each monthly cycle and applied to your next bill.
You will receive an SMS notification when you are approaching your data limit and when you have reached the limit.
Please note that data usage shown in your online account or via SMS is not in real time.
There may be a delay in updates, and it’s possible to exceed your limit by the time you receive the SMS notification.
We strongly recommend managing your data directly from your device’s settings (for iPhone users, make sure to reset usage tracking every month).
※ For monthly plan users, data tracking is not available for the first 30 days from activation and until the 2nd of the following month.

Prepaid Plans

For prepaid plans, once you use up your data, your data connection will automatically stop.
You will not be able to use data unless you top up before your next cycle.
However, SMS and calls will still be available.
If you wish to add data, you can top up through the app: 1GB for $15+tax, up to a maximum of 5GB.
