Can’t Sign In

1.
Please visit our website or download the PhoneBox app PhoneBox Website
2.
Input the username with your email address and the password Then Click <Sign in>
If you forget the username, please follow the instructions below.

If you forgot your username, click on “username”
2.
Input your phone number and email address. And click <Submit> to proceed.
3.
Then you will receive the username through the email address and text message.
If you forget the password, please follow the instructions below.
1.
Click on “password” in the question.
2.
Input your phone number and email address, and click <Submit>
3.
Then you will be able to receive the temporary password through the email address and text message from PhoneBox.
4.
Input the temporary password and create your own password for future login. And click <Submit>
5.
Then you will be able to log into the self-serve account.
If you have trouble with Google sign in
To sign in with Google, the email address registered to your account must be a Gmail address.
If you want to change your registered email, please contact the PhoneBox customer support team.
If you have trouble with Apple sign in
To sign in with Apple, the email address registered to your account must be an Apple email address.
If you want to change your registered email, please contact the PhoneBox customer support team.
